Why Is Our Ge Profile Refrigerator Water Dispenser Not Working All The Sudden?

Is the ice maker working? They are connected to the same water line. Check the water line to make sure you are getting water to the fridge. If it’s a add on water line kit, namely the ones that stake on to a pipe, the water may just be plugged up at the pipe connection. It’s happened to me before. This might not be your problem but I’m just trying to help you track down the source of the problem. I always check the obvious first. If all else fails… then I call a repairman.

Maybe the water line is blocked or frozen. Turn off the valve at the source then open it back. this will unblock it if it’s clogged there. Disconnect at the fridge and make sure it’s getting water there. If it’s frozen, you will need to let it thaw.
