I have a Zojiroshi electric air pot and bought this one, much cheaper, for my mother to use. She is arthritic and this product is much easier to use, as it is a pushbutton instead of a pump. It arrived even faster than promised. I would not hesitate to recommend this product.

I just wanted a hot pot for tea which I drink all day and this fits the bill. The unit is solidly built and does a good job if you don’t want the bells and whistles. I like it so much that I plan to buy one for my daughter as well.
