The hot shot works great but I wish it came with a small craft like the coffee makers because not all cups fit underneath. My taller thermal cup will not fit so I have to use a shorter cup or container first then pour the hot water into my cup. Otherwise, it is a great machine.

I have been using hot shots for many years. I’ve had them at home, at work, at school, all my kids have one, and none of us want to be without one. Heating water could not be simpler or quicker and can be used for instant coffee, tea, soups, or even cooking when a recipe calls for boiling water. You will have it in less than a minute. And the best thing is, they last forever! I hope they never stop making them because they would be the first thing I would buy for a new kitchen. They also make great gifts for anyone who is moving out, getting married, going to school away from home, or would like one at work.
