I’ve own my InSinkErator Hot Water Dispenser for 10 years now. It’s been a very nice convenience for making such things as a quick cup of tea or a cup of noodles.
My only complaint is, over time, the turn knob gets harder & harder to turn. Today the knob totally broke off from the unit; but after 10 years, I feel I’ve gotten my money’s worth.
I definitely will be replacing it, but this time I’ll upgrade to a contemporary style faucet, which should alleviate the turn knob problem.

This is our third InsinkErator. The last one started leaking after five years and I had to put in a new one because we use it for everything. My wife drinks a lot of instsnt coffee, we use it for hot chocolate, it’s great for instant oatmeal, and we use it for macaroni, etc. as it cuts down on the cooking time. That’s why we have the larger tank.

Product works fine and installed well. It replaced a similiar Insinkerator model that developed a tank leak after five years use. Only dissatisfaction was that moisture developed under the top cover in the dispenser knob. This occurred after a few days. From an appearance perspective, it is distracting, though it does not affect the operation of the system.
