I recently purchased this when they banned all devices with heating and cooling elements from our work and we had to get rid of our water cooler.
I was a skeptical after reading some other reviews (for other colors for the same crock) that mentioned a leaky spout. We did not have this problem at all. If the gaskets are installed properly (the directions are easy to miss) and tighten the nut down well there should not be any problems.

I was a little skeptical based on some of the reviews I read on the same crock but in different colors before purchase. I took a chance however and am glad that I did. I like the crock very much and am not disappointed in the least. I highly recommend!

Great Crock. It sits on my kitchen counter filled with filtered water for our daily use. Easy to clean and fill. Very happy with the quality.
