Does exactly what I need it to do. Provides cold water without the unecessary bells and whistles. Easy to fit anywhere. It looks great and works faithfully.

We have been very pleased with this water cooler. It is quite difficult to find one that does not provide HOT water, which we neither wanted or needed. This water cooler seems much more energy efficient than our old one. The spigots are substantial and easy to use. We use the 5 gallon water container with ours.

Service was excellant, 3 day delivery. It works well for dispensing water from a 5 gallon bottle. My only issue is it takes much longer to cool water after you draw 12 to 20 oz. than the information says. I wanted a table top model without a heating element and feel I got a nice one for a fair price.

I purchased this dispenser for my Mom’s home, she loves it. Before you use this for the first time you will need to rince out the inside of the dispenser with a water/baking soda mixture, otherwise you’ll end up with your drinking water tasting awful. It does take a while for the dispenser to cool the water, but all in all I recommend this for those that will use it for 2-4 people.
